What actually drives fabrication programme—material, coating turnaround, drawing clarity and realistic bay loading.

How material supply, coating partners and drawing clarity shape realistic delivery dates.

Lead time is not a single number in a system—it is the longest of material supply, cutting, forming, welding, coating partner turnaround, and freight. Drawing clarity shortens every step; revisions after nest release extend all of them.

We protect committed jobs by not overbooking the same welding bay for three ‘urgent’ platforms in the same week. Transparency on our side means you can plan crane hire and site access with fewer surprises.

Hot-dip galvanising and specialty powder colours routinely dominate programme on structural batches. If you have a fixed opening date, state it at enquiry and we will reverse-plan coating and freight.

What helps most: issued-for-fabrication drawings, confirmed quantities, and a single point of contact for technical questions. Secondary help: grouping releases so setup is shared across siblings in a family of parts.
