Custom steel and metal structures built to drawing.

Fabrication types
We produce platforms, walkways, stair strings, balustrades, frames, brackets, machine bases, guards and architectural metalwork to approved drawings. Work is planned in jigs where repeatability matters.
Heavy assemblies are staged to control weld distortion; lighter kits are broken down for galvanising or coating where required before final assembly.
Structural coordination
When your engineer specifies connections, base plates or stiffener patterns, we build to those details and flag clashes with site surveys early. Temporary bracing and transport lugs can be included by agreement.
For modular installs, we label components and supply packing lists aligned to your erection sequence.
Finishing interfaces
Fabrication sequences account for hot-dip galvanising, powder coating or site paint systems. Venting, drainage holes and lifting points are discussed before welding is complete.
Stainless fabrication for visible areas uses disciplined grinding and linear finishing directions agreed at quote.
Stairs and access
Stair strings and landings often require survey holds before final weld. Treads and balustrades can ship separately for galvanising sequences.
Bolted splices may be used where transport or coating requires disassembly.
Documentation
General arrangement drawings, weld maps and inspection records can be provided when specified at order.
