Scheduling

Jobs are scheduled with material availability, setup grouping and coating turnarounds in view. Progress updates reflect actual floor status—not optimistic percentages.

Urgent work is fitted without silently delaying existing confirmed orders; if the date cannot be met, we say so early.

Batch control

Repeat orders use stored CNC and brake programs tied to drawing revision. First-off inspection gates batch release on hole patterns and bend angles.

When you change revision, we retire obsolete programs to prevent mixed batches.

Capacity

Weekly capacity is finite across cutting, forming and welding bays. Forecast quantities help us suggest batching that shares setup across sister parts.

Batch control

Repeat parts use stored CNC and brake programs with version numbers tied to drawing revisions. When you revise a hole pattern, we retire the old program to prevent mixed batches.

Progress communication

Progress is reported against agreed milestones—material in house, cutting complete, fabrication complete, at coater, ready for pickup—not vague percentages.

What clients say

Feedback from contractors and project teams we supply across Melbourne and Victoria.

“Having cutting and welding in one order removed the ‘wrong hole pattern’ problem we had when suppliers were split.”

“First-off on the brake was signed before the full batch ran—repeat panels matched across six drops.”
