Practical fabrication input on models and drawings.

DFM review
We review models for manufacturability: bend radii, hole spacing, weld access, coating drains and lifting points. Comments are factual and tied to cost or risk on the shop floor.
We do not replace your engineer or architect, but we reduce surprises before plate is nested.
Detailing assistance
Simple shop drawings or revision sketches can be prepared when you need a fabricator-ready package from concept layouts or marked-up site photos.
Detailing hours are quoted separately from production so scope stays transparent.
Tolerance advice
We recommend where to hold tight tolerance and where slotted holes or split connections protect install on site—especially on stairs, platforms and guard interfaces.
Stack-up risk is flagged when laser parts and welded frames use different datums.
Liability boundary
Fabrication advice does not constitute structural certification. Manufacture is to your issued documents unless design responsibility is contracted in writing.
Review deliverables
A DFM review can be a marked PDF or short comment list: bend access, weld reach, coating drains, lifting points and tolerance risks. It is not a redesign service unless you commission detailing hours.
Liability boundary
Fabrication advice does not replace structural or professional engineering sign-off. We manufacture to your issued documents; design responsibility stays with your engineer or architect unless contracted otherwise in writing.
