Mild steel

Structural and sheet grades are sourced through reputable local suppliers for typical commercial fabrication. Plate and section sizes are confirmed per job when weights affect handling and stillage design.

Traceability certificates can be requested for nominated projects.

Stainless steel

304 and 316 sheet and section are common for food, amenities and coastal exposure. Handling separates stainless from carbon grinding to reduce contamination on hygiene faces.

Pickling or passivation can be coordinated when specified.

Aluminium

Sheet and extrusion work suits screens, covers and lightweight structures. Consumables and cleaning discipline differ from steel—joint design accounts for distortion sensitivity.

Dissimilar metal isolation is applied when drawings require it.

Stock and indent plate

Common mild steel sheet and plate sizes are sourced quickly from local suppliers. Indent plate for heavy sections or unusual widths is ordered against your confirmed order to avoid carrying cost in the quote.

Processing incompatible materials

Carbon and stainless are separated in handling to avoid contamination. Aluminium brushes and consumables are not shared with steel grinding on hygiene-critical jobs.
