Commercial kitchens
Benches, hoods, sinks, shelves and custom stainless for commercial kitchens are fabricated with radiused internal corners and drain paths where specified.
Services penetrations are flanged and trimmed—not raw holes on wash-down faces.
Food processing
Plant hygiene areas may require 316, pickling or directional finishing. Carbon contamination control is applied between stainless-only processes and steel grinding bays.
Grease trays, baffles and access panels are planned for inspection and fan maintenance.
Regulatory context
We manufacture to your issued hygiene layout; regulatory compliance remains with your certifier and designer. Our role is buildability and cleanable construction.
