Kit assembly, labelling and metro logistics.

Assembly
Hardware installation, sub-assembly and trial fitting can be completed before dispatch. Labels and packing lists align to your install sequence.
Large frames may be supplied in knocked-down form for galvanising or site access—confirm crane and aisle constraints early.
Packing
Stillages, timber cradles and bolted restraints suit metro freight. Vertical panels are separated to avoid coating rub-through.
Lifting lugs are added when weight exceeds safe manual handling.
Delivery
Metro delivery and pickup from Point Cook are available. Delivery windows should account for site induction and unloading equipment.
Labelling and install packs
Components can be labelled to match erection drawings: grid lines, floor levels or sequential install steps. Hardware bags are packed per zone rather than one bulk bag when crews work on multiple areas.
Freight and crane lifts
Lifting lugs are welded on when shown or when weight exceeds safe manual handling. We confirm centre of gravity for awkward frames before dispatch so your rigging plan is not improvised on the kerb.
