Secondary egress stair with landings tied to revised survey dimensions.

Challenge
Existing stair did not meet current egress width; replacement had to land on a congested plant deck with cable trays nearby.
Approach
We built the stair in two flights with a bolted landing interface for galvanising. Site team confirmed landing bolt pattern before final cap weld on stringers.
Outcome
Stair commissioned without modification. Galvanised finish intact after lift—no touch-up beyond minor transport marks at bases.
Delivery
Drawings were issued for fabrication with hold points on survey-critical interfaces. Components were packed in stillages with restraints suited to metro delivery. Early alignment on survey, coating turnaround and install access kept the programme stable for follow-on work.
