Laser-cut screens for façade sun control on a suburban commercial building.

Challenge
Architectural perforation pattern had to align across four panels while allowing structural deflection. Powder colour matched a specified RAL with UV exposure on west elevation.
Approach
Panels were laser-cut from nested sheets with common datum edges. Subframes were pre-drilled in the workshop using a assembly jig. Coating turnaround was scheduled before final fix to structure.
Outcome
Visual alignment accepted by architect on first lift. No field rework on perforation registration. Maintenance access panels integrated as agreed.
Delivery
Drawings were issued for fabrication with hold points on survey-critical interfaces. Components were packed in stillages with restraints suited to metro delivery. Early alignment on survey, coating turnaround and install access kept the programme stable for follow-on work.
